LONG-TERM PARKING FOR WHOLE SEASONS:

When the price includes: 1 place for caravan or camper of the given period, parking of 1 passenger car, unlimited number of persons accommodated in the caravan, use of sanitary facility and the kitchenettes, use of the common drying room, municipal waste, water.
The price does not include: Energy consumption (see the price list), independent locker in the ski deposit (1000Kθ/season), removal of the snow from the caravan and tent, removal of the snow around the caravan.
In winter we provide the removal of snow from the main paths of the camp, access to the buildings, sanitary facilities and to the ski deposit. We ensure the parking areas are usable in the determinated places of the campground. We do not guarantee the snow removal for the parking right next to the caravan if it is technically possible, everybody can make this place for oneself on the condition that the removed snow will be put in the proper place upon removal, not in the common area.

Reservation and payment conditions:
Definite reservation advance is 50% of the price, balance payment is made at the beginning of the accommodation. Accommodation in the log-cabins as well as in the the autocamp is always paid in advance.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of a definite reservation there are the following cancellation fees: 30 days or more before the commencement of the stay 10% of the accommodation price 29 days or before 50 % of the accommodation price.
We offer the alternative solution to reschedule the stay according to the possibilities of the lodging provider. It is necessary to request the rescheduling no later than 7 days before the beginning of the stay. When the rescheduling is done in the same calendar year there is a supplement of 10% and in case of rescheduling year-on-year there is the supplement of 20% from the price.

Parking rates for caravans and campers WINTER
- Long-term parking from 1.10. till 30.4.2012 price per caravan or camper 25.000,-CZK per whole 7 months. Price includes parking of caravan (no metter how many persons are there and how many days are there) + 1 passenger car + personal locker, 3 x sauna and campsite facilities.
- Price for long-term parking for residents (permanent winter clients) is 23.000 and conditions are the same.
Resident is a person who already had long-term parking in the camp at least one winter during the past five years. - Price doesn΄t include energy consumption. For each space is a separate and lockable meter and readings will be made monthly 1kWh 4,-CZK
